5 Things that make for a GREAT network event! We've successfully hosted 2 network events and our 3th MEGA NETWORK EVENT is on 2th of November! After visiting 150 events, I know what works and here are 5 of them. 1. Greet & welcome every guest. 2. Before starting give a quick introduction of how the event will go, what the planning is and create excitement. 3. Every speaker must be richly announced by the host (not by himself). 4. Let de talks be saturated with value YET short! No hours long talk where the same thing gets explained over and over in different ways. 5. INTERACTION. Ask the audience questions, make them part of your speech. BONUS: If people are struggling to connect, give them a goal to speak with min. 10 new people on the event.
