The eCom world never stops turning. It was amazing having the brilliantly honest Millie Kendall O.B.E. on the first season of Tash Talks and I think she's hit the nail on the head here. If you're running an eCom business, it's never a closed shop. And while that's often great for business, it can have a massive impact on your life. Some of you may not be old enough to remember a time before big-time e-commerce, when business owners locked the doors of their retail outlets and flipped over the 'CLOSED' sign at the end of the day. They went home and forgot about everything until the next morning. Now, consumer expectations are higher, demand is fierce and they expect your brand to be on hand pretty much 24/7. And when things go wrong, as they did in Millie's sale story, it doesn't matter what time of day (or night) it is... Do you agree with Millie?
