Started from Seattle, Now I’m here 😉 🧳 BOS > SEA > NYC > BOS > LAS > BOS> LGB > BOS > DUB > BOS ✈️ The best way to understand the future of travel is to...TRAVEL! 🌎 In my first month as Executive Director of Travel Innovation at Teague I embraced this philosophy wholeheartedly. From onboarding with our incredible team in Seattle to engaging with aviation leaders across four major industry events—The Annual Wings Club Gala, #NBAA2024 Conference, Future Travel Experience Conference, & the 36th Annual International Aerospace Womens Association Conference—each flight reinforced why I love what I get to do: engaging with colleagues and friends who are passionate about elevating the aviation industry AND bringing human-centered design and innovation to transform the passenger experience. ❔What did I learn? Sooo much, but let’s talk highlights: ❕That the challenges and opportunities in aviation have never been more exciting—the technology, the passion of the people across the entire PAX journey. Most inspiring? The incredible talent I met at every career stage—from rising stars to seasoned leaders—all united in their drive to transform aviation for the better. ❕That real innovation happens when we connect, collaborate, and think beyond the obvious. Because at 35,000 feet or on the ground, it's always about the people and the relationships who make aviation extraordinary. ❕And that Teague's nearly 100-year legacy of designing the future of flight has never been more relevant. I also learned that it’s always a good idea to take the bathroom selfie for a fit check and to admire how far you’ve come (Do this—sounds silly, feels good). But I'm just getting started. And I have so much more to learn, because the more you know… I have a few more customer engagements and stints in Seattle to close out this year, but I, like many of you, am already readying my Q1 2025 engagement calendar.
