Youth participation and empowerment is vital in every aspect of community development and growth! Sustainable development can be only achieved by transparent communication and involvement between the younger generation and the government bodies! hopefully this conference will deal with the current status of youngsters participation in policy making , implementation,challenges and mitigation strategies for their continual support towards the sustainable development

( with local implementors) Partnering with local implementers offers not only strategic advantages but also a pathway to ensuring the success, sustainability, and relevance of programs and projects. Local implementers bring valuable knowledge of the community, its needs, and its context, along with cost savings and increased community accountability. Local partners promote community engagement achieving long-term empowerment of local populations, reducing reliance on external actors, and fostering resilience.

In community development, indigenous knowledge often holds solutions that don’t need scientific validation—they’ve stood the test of time. Yet, professional arrogance can lead us to dismiss this wisdom in favor of technical expertise, risking solutions that lack relevance and sustainability.
