When you are looking for a production partner, you want to know as much about the prospective partner as possible. It's legitimate. Can we visit the factory? Can you send us photos of the production facilities? It depends. A reputable partner typically offers the opportunity to personally tour the factory. Many customers feel more secure when they can see with their own eyes where and how their material is processed. It fosters trust and transparency in the production processes. Taking photos is generally not permitted during visits. However, it may happen that the partner provides individual photos of certain equipment or sections of the factory on their website or in a presentation. This is protected knowledge. I regularly attend factory tours as they provide valuable insights into technology and a better understanding of the services offered. It helps me in selecting the appropriate processing partner and avoiding mismatches. Today I will visit Vorwerk plant - the partner of Circular Valley - not a typical production partner for my customers. Next week - I will take a look at wet and dry processes and learn more about spices production in a factory near Frankfurt. Keep you posted.
