Gartner ReimagineHR has come to a close! We loved connecting with everyone at the booth, after our session on pay transparency, and our Syndio dinner. 💡Highlights: The event was abuzz with talk of AI and skills — the hopes, the realities, and when the two don’t neatly align. There were nudges for HR leaders to lean into the “never normal” while being the steady hand that supports the people who are the business. Through it all one thing was clear: HR’s role continues to grow exponentially more strategic as the world opens up a new technological chapter. 🍞 Syndio’s slice : In our slice of the event, we discussed all things pay — from pay equity and pay reporting to pay communications and pay education — with industry leaders from many of the world’s greatest brands. As growing requirements propel companies into new levels of transparency, everyone is looking to learn from one another. We’re excited to host more ways for you all to connect and collaborate as you chart new courses. ➡️ Our favorite takeaway? Pay is a team sport. We loved showing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management leaders how they can make fast, smart pay decisions at scale — while maintaining fairness and improving hiring outcomes. We loved discussing pay communications with HR leaders who see transparency as a competitive advantage and a way to enhance their employee brand. And we loved talking to Total Rewards and Compensation leaders about ways to prevent pay disparities from forming in the first place, so they can confidently say: we are paying how we intend, it’s equitable, and it’s fair – every day.
