It has been 2 months since my new company, Semper Integra Savjetovanja d.o.o., was officially registered. During this time, it has become fully operational and is now serving its first customers. Today, I am delighted to present it to you, my colleagues in the LinkedIn community.   Semper Integra Savjetovanja d.o.o. is a consultancy company dedicated to promotion and implementation of ethical principles in business based on elements of Compliance Management Systems. Also provides support for organizational resilience, culture, and integrity through working with teams and individuals on dedicated topics.   Establishing a company and being an entrepreneur is vastly different from being part of a corporation and covering its particular tasks. No more superiors, colleagues, business meetings, or reports to keep you on track. No finance, marketing, IT, or legal department to handle necessary processes – it's all on you.   Despite the challenges, it has been a great journey for me, largely due to the fantastic people who, without hesitation, helped me to shape the company, take necessary steps, and provided encouragement, advice, and recommendations.   So, I would like to thank them for their time, expertise, encouragement, inspiration and for having confidence in me.
