November Newsletter Highlight! Last month, UNITE-LA team members traveled to San Diego to support Talent Rewire's SoCal Action Lab cohort. The two-day session celebrated six months of hard work with cross-industry employers, focusing specifically on disrupting talent systems to meet long-term workforce and business needs. As Technical Assistance Providers, UNITE-LA played a key role in helping California companies—like Rancho Bernardo Inn, San Diego Humane Society, and Park Lane Jewelry—develop equitable, frontline worker supports.
