In our sixth post of the "Mastering Moisture Analysis in Plastics Processing" series, we explore the challenges associated with the Karl Fischer Titration method. Despite its unparalleled accuracy, the method's complexity, need for specialized chemicals, and the requirement for skilled operators can pose significant barriers in fast-paced production environments. This precision comes at a cost, both in terms of operational overhead and the time needed for analysis, which may not suit all manufacturing contexts. For a balanced view of Karl Fischer Titration, including its drawbacks and where it stands in the spectrum of moisture analysis methods, our article provides further insights. Discover more about how this method compares with others in terms of practicality and efficiency https://lnkd.in/g3fezpzm.
