Any restaurant management platform worth its salt is going to feature real-time reporting, AI-forecasting and an intuitive POS system. For a quick service restaurant, these tools are critically important. 💡But what if you’re existing provider doesn’t include any of these? 🚩Do you stay with your existing set-up or make the necessary changes? This is precisely the quandary that quick-service chain Farmer J found itself in. Despite being something of a disrupter in the QSR Sector, Farmer J’s development was being hindered by an ePOS supplier that was beset by legacy issues and an inability to provide accurate, meaningful data. 📈 As a result, the company was unable to streamline batch production or properly manage stock levels.
