Imagine transforming a space your clients dislike into their favorite part of the home. Here’s how we did it with style and functionality. An outdoor living design contractor had a project with an existing pool that the homeowner didn’t like much. They were unhappy with the shape and the raised spa and bond beam. Our task was to breathe new life into this space and make it a place the homeowner would love. Here’s what we did and how it helped our client stand out: Innovative Design: We created two modern steel cantilevered pergolas and used the raised spa and bond beam to build a raised seating platform. This clever use of elements the client initially disliked transformed them into highlights of the design. We added a Solo Stove smokeless fire pit to the raised seating platform for a cozy gathering spot. Entertaining Space: Understanding the homeowner’s need for a functional yet stylish outdoor kitchen, we designed a unique L-shaped waterfall kitchen with a bar seating area and a water wall on the back side. This not only provided a cooking space but also added visual and auditory appeal with the water feature. Comfort and Luxury: To combat the Texas heat, we added a second cantilevered pergola to provide shade for a lounging area. For an extra touch of luxury, we incorporated a rain sheer, offering both a cooling effect and a soothing sound. This lounging area is additionally separated from the main pool deck with concrete pads and turf between them, creating a distinct destination feel. The result? Our client was able to present a unique and functional design that not only met but exceeded the homeowner’s expectations. This project not only rejuvenated the homeowner’s outdoor space but also helped our client differentiate themselves from their competitors. 🚀 By partnering with Novitech Visual, pool contractors, landscapers, and outdoor living design/build companies can elevate their offerings with cutting-edge 3D and 2D designs. Our designs transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences, giving your business a competitive edge and delighting your clients. 🏡 Ready to transform your next project? Hey everyone, I'm excited to share one of my favorite projects with you - a complete renovation of a lovely home for clients who are very dear to my heart. In the picture, you can see the kitchen that was redesigned using the #more_than_just_a_feeling method. The #more_than_just_a_feeling method was born from the understanding that our home is much more than just a living space. In today’s world, home design must incorporate principles of environmental sustainability and well-being. Here are some of the core principles of this method: Environmental Sustainability: In designing this kitchen, we used eco-friendly materials like natural wood and local stone, as well as energy-efficient lighting. These materials were carefully selected to reduce our carbon footprint and preserve the planet for future generations. Well-being: Our goal is to create spaces that promote health and mental well-being. Natural lighting, soothing colors, and the integration of natural elements help to create a pleasant and healthy home environment. Thoughtful interior design that prioritizes residents' well-being can significantly enhance their quality of life. Functionality and Aesthetics: The kitchen space was designed to serve the homeowners optimally. From the placement of electrical appliances to smart storage solutions – everything was meticulously planned to allow for convenient and efficient use of the kitchen, all without compromising on the beautiful and aesthetic design. I believe that the combination of intelligent, environmentally-conscious design and the creation of a sense of well-being is the key to perfect home design. In the era we live in, it’s crucial to invest in designs that integrate sustainability and personal well-being, creating spaces that are enjoyable and healthy to live in. Thank you to everyone involved in this wonderful project. I’d love to hear your thoughts and collaborate on future projects. Best regards, Moran Bar Or www.moranid.com

5 Ways a Commercial Landscape Company, Creates Welcoming Outdoor Spaces for Customers 1. Define Clear Entry Points With Walkways Walkways guide customers through your property and set the tone for their experience. Concrete pavers provide a durable and visually appealing option for defining these paths, creating smooth and accessible entry points. With clean lines and various design options, pavers help establish a professional look that complements the overall style of your business. The layout of the walkways should direct traffic naturally while ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. Straight paths can provide a sense of efficiency, while curved designs add a touch of elegance. Pavers also allow for creative patterns and textures, giving your property a unique and tailored look. 2. Incorporate Comfortable Seating Areas Seating areas encourage customers to relax and spend time in your outdoor space. Whether you choose freestanding benches or built-in seating, these areas create opportunities for connection and enjoyment. Natural stone features, such as retaining walls with integrated seating, offer durability and a polished look that enhances the aesthetic appeal. These seating areas can be placed in shaded spots or near focal points, like water features or large trees, to make them more appealing. Adding amenities such as tables or built-in surfaces for resting drinks or devices increases their functionality, making these areas versatile and accommodating for a variety of needs. 3. Enhance the Atmosphere With Plantings Plantings bring life and color to outdoor spaces, contributing to an inviting atmosphere. A mix of trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers adds depth and texture, creating layers of interest throughout the property. Low plantings around walkways or seating areas keep sightlines clear while adding softness to the design. Strategically placed plantings can also serve functional purposes, such as directing foot traffic or defining the boundaries of specific areas. Tall shrubs or trees create privacy and separation, while colorful flowers draw attention to key focal points. The combination of height, texture, and color allows you to design an engaging and visually appealing environment. 4. Use Lighting to Extend Usability Lighting transforms outdoor spaces into welcoming environments that remain functional after the sun sets. Uplights can highlight architectural elements or natural stone features, while string lights or path lights create a warm glow that encourages customers to enjoy the space longer.
