Tin Talks Judging: Should judges have to do a showcase to prove they are valid? In different competitive dance communities, this subject is addressed in different ways. One thing I'd say is, after being a judge a few times I know judges have a Bias they rate favourably for people who dance the way they like, which is often the way they dance, so I've used peoples judge showcase to gauge what in the dance I need to show in my round for that judge to vote favourably for me And it often works
