IT'S A MINDSET THING - This year, my learning journey has been deeply anchored in Design Thinking. From my Public Management & Governance training with YALI RLC-SA , where Human-Centred Design Thinking took centre stage, to the Germany-Africa Startup Consultant certification by StArfrica - Startup Germany-Africa , which highlighted the transformative power of Entrepreneurial Design Thinking, I’ve immersed myself in methodologies that emphasize innovative problem-solving and user-focused solutions. As someone working in the #publicsector, particularly in #entrepreneurship and #SMMEDevelopment, the alignment between these approaches and my work has been empowering. Design Thinking isn't just a method; it's a #mindset—one that places people at the heart of problem-solving and innovation. The synergy between these learning experiences and my professional role feels like a match made in continuous learning heaven. It's about constantly evolving, refining strategies, and creating solutions that truly resonate with the communities we serve.
