Our latest publication is available on chemRxiv ... in it we present a suite of analysis tools that we have developed within our group over the years that allow us (and now the wider scientific community) to gain a state-of-the-art understanding of interfaces and the self-assembly of soft and biological matter. These tools allow the user to (i) identify the location of the interface of non-atomically smooth planar interfaces and for spherical and sphere-like nanoparticles, (ii) track the self-assembly of soft and biological matter, (iii) measure properties of the resultant self-assembled nanoparticles like radius of gyration (size) and eccentricity (shape), and (iv) identify the interactions that drive the association of molecules including the specific case of ring-ring stacking interactions, which are prevalent in proteins and conjugated polymers. This is the great work of Raquel López-Ríos de Castro, Alejandro Santana-Bonilla and Rob Ziolek and I hope that you find it as useful as we in our group have ... enjoy 👀 ... https://lnkd.in/ejeVaYjV
