At the beginning of the year I started 2 podcast... After producing 800 podcast episodes, here's the biggest secret I've found to great podcasting. Just start. 90% of shows will never make it to Episode 10. Just do the show. 6 years of my podcast and nearly 500 episodes later, I've been asked again and again about what works and doesn't work. My advice is always the same. If you can press record on a consistent basis -- you're way ahead of the game. So do it. And if you want help doing it... PodStart is a great way to learn everything I've learned about great podcasting in the past 6 years. How to launch a great show. How to produce an episode yourself in 15 minutes or less. How to monetize your podcast and actually make money doing something you love. It's the perfect starting point for future Podcasters. Reach out if you want to know more.
