As Polydesign is approaching its 24th year in Tangier, Morocco, I am increasingly impressed by the astuteness of my team, asking pertinent questions focused on our long-term strategy. You know they care and are engaged when they ask these real questions and wish to be actively involved, and you don't just stare at a silent room when the presentations are over! When we have trust, we can share everything, and that's key if we are to continue to improve and grow together. And, sometimes, I respond that I do not have an answer and need their input and support. That's OK too. Our #automotiveindustry is roiled with disruption, volatility and transformational change on a level not seen for decades. From #sustainability imperatives to the question of EV or ICE, autonomous driving, new players in #mobility, supply chain evolution with footprints evolving, consolidation, while others go bankrupt, we are facing a new age full of uncertainty, requiring resilience, agility and forward thinking.
