The “Financial Revolution” continues in full force across America. In the first 60 days of this year, we have visited 14 cities, and our commitment to ensuring no Latino is left behind is more than just words. In February, we spent a week in New York with multiple community leaders, identifying, developing, and deploying leaders within the community to educate people on how money works, how money grows, and how money multiplies. The resounding commitment and interest from the Latino community are overwhelming. For the first time in many generations, our community is eager to learn about financial literacy, to create a financial plan, and, more importantly, to pave a path to financial freedom and wealth creation. Our community is ready to shift the generational mindset paradigm from scarcity to abundance and from surviving to thriving. We are the “Financial Revolution.” Unlike others, we are not an illusion; we are the solution. Message us to learn more or to apply to join our team. 📲💻📞☎️ #PeterOEstévez #LatinTalks #FinancialRevolution #Hispanic #Latino #MillionDollarTeams #BuildingMillionTeams #JobFair #ApplyNow #JobOpenings #BuildingPartnerships #Collaborations #FinacialLiteracy #FinancialPlanning #FinancialFreedom #wealthcreation

As you read this, a man is sitting in a South Carolina prison cell, counting the days until release. But the hardest days are still ahead. When he steps out, he’ll face a world that often sees his felony record before they see him. With no formal work history and limited opportunities, he’s one of the 1 in 5 who has never had a legal job. The odds are against him—the cycle of recidivism continues without support. But his story doesn’t have to end there. At Turn90, we believe in potential, not pasts. Our program successfully combines cognitive behavioral therapy, job training in assembly, logistics, screen printing, and holistic support to help individuals reintegrate into the workforce. And it’s not just about giving someone a second chance; it’s about creating real value for businesses and communities: --96% of Turn90 graduates have no new arrests—significantly reducing recidivism costs to society and ensuring a more stable workforce. By partnering with Turn90, businesses gain access to a pool of highly motivated, pre-trained talent ready to work. Our graduates are eager to prove themselves, build their skills, and contribute positively to your bottom line. You’re not just filling a job—you’re investing in a future employee committed to growth and community. This Workforce Development Month, we invite local businesses, workforce development leaders, and employers to connect with Turn90. Together, we can reduce recidivism, enhance our workforce, and build a stronger, more inclusive economy. Let’s create opportunities that benefit everyone. Are you ready to partner with us? 💼 Reach out to learn more about how Turn90 can meet your workforce needs. 💪 turnninety.com

Every year at FSG, I get the pleasure of compiling an annual piece on the key trends shaping social impact. 💡 This year, one trend stood out: a global anti-incumbent wave fueled by growing economic anxieties. 2024 was a super-election year with over 60 elections around the world—and in a majority of these elections, the incumbent party didn't win. I was stunned to realize this, but I think it reflects how people worldwide are disillusioned and dissatisfied with our current systems. When writing this piece, I found many reports about the high percentages of Americans facing financial hardship in the last year, with many feeling worse off than four years ago. No matter what we’re hearing about economic “strength,” the lived experience tells a different story. Too many people are struggling to afford basics like food, childcare, and housing. 2025 feels like a critical inflection point—a time to lead with courage and creativity amidst the many uncertainties and challenges of the upcoming year. Today, many younger people do not value the struggles that older generations have gone through. Younger generations have grown up with all the new technology and have no idea what it was like to live even 30 years ago. We all must respect the work our elders have done to make our lives the way they are. #leadershipgrowth #growthmindset #personalgrowth #leadershipdevelopment #motivationalquotes #selfleadership #GlennAndrew
