What are the metrics that influence companies operational excellence? So, it has two groups of 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀: • Operating Model • Tech Platform Actually as Romano Roth would say this should be one that is 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱. I would like to point out the 3 Tech "boxes" and rephrased it a little though: • Toolchain with Platform plane at the center • Data Platforms with AI/ML adoption • Digital Experience customers face when using the products/platforms This completely matches our (Romano Roth, Dan Klein, Jürg Borter, Christian Moser) experience and interactions we have had with different organisations in the last period. What becomes apparent there is a lot of "legacy" and it's not easy for companies to move quickly in this direction with existing products. Still all see a need to move. Important thing would be to start and that alone brings gradual impact on the operational excellence. What is your experience?
