January is National Mentoring Month! At the heart of mentoring is connection, guidance, and the opportunity to inspire brighter futures. The Open Doors Training Program empowers adults who work with youth to build authentic relationships that foster resilience, well-being, and hope. Through our training, we equip adults with the skills to recognize signs of substance use and behavioral health challenges in youth, and the tools to support them in overcoming these obstacles. This National Mentoring Month, let's celebrate the mentors who make a difference every day and commit to being a part of the change. Instilling these values is not only about students demonstrating them in their actions but also about receiving them from others. I hope you’ll join us in November when we will gather with almost 2,000 educators from around the world! #Education #CoreValues #SchoolCommunity https://lnkd.in/eVduwyaQ
