As we celebrate Thanksgiving by taking time to be with friends and loved ones, we are reminded as an organization of what we have to be thankful for. This is an excellent time to reflect on our journeys and to recognize and think about who and what we are thankful for. It is a time to come together and be together. It is a time to show generosity and kindness - two values we hold dear. All of us at Talent Connections are wishing you and your loved ones a very happy Thanksgiving. #thanksgiving #givethanks #gratitude #talentconnections #HRSearch

From our team to your home, we hope you have a great day filled with spending time with your loved ones. (And eating that extra piece of pie!) We are thankful for each one of the people we work with to make our communities even better! As we pause to celebrate Thanksgiving, I'm struck by a profound truth that many Indigenous peoples have long embraced – gratitude isn't meant to be confined to a single day, but rather woven into the fabric of our daily lives. Their wisdom teaches us that true appreciation is a practice, a way of moving through the world that transforms how we see everything around us. Many Indigenous communities start each day with expressions of thanksgiving – for the sun that rises, for the water that sustains us, for the earth that supports us, and for the connections that bind us together. This daily practice of gratitude isn't just a ritual – it's a powerful lens through which to view life, one that can profoundly impact our well-being and our relationships with others. Let's draw inspiration from these timeless teachings and carry the spirit of thanksgiving with us beyond this holiday. Whether it's starting our meetings with a moment of appreciation, acknowledging our daily wins, or simply taking time to recognize each other's contributions, we can make gratitude a cornerstone of our culture. #Thanksgiving #GiveThanks #ThankfulforYou #TurkeyDinner #Pie #bkonnected #indigenous #communities #team #teachings

Gratitude Beyond Work As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the many circles in life that shape who we are—our families, friends, and work families. Each connection we have enriches us in unique ways, whether it’s the laughter shared around a dinner table, the late-night talks with a close friend, or the camaraderie built during a project with colleagues. Thanksgiving isn’t just a day; it’s a reminder to pause and express gratitude for all the people who make our lives meaningful. At work, it’s easy to focus on goals and deliverables, but behind every success is a team of individuals who support, inspire, and challenge each other to be better. At home, it’s the love, patience, and shared memories that give us strength. This holiday, I encourage us all to take a moment to acknowledge those who uplift us in big and small ways. Write a note to a friend, thank a teammate, or simply spend a little extra time with loved ones. I’m grateful for the journey we’re all on together—inside and outside of work. Wishing everyone a warm and meaningful Thanksgiving surrounded by those who matter most. What are you most thankful for this year? Let’s share and spread the gratitude. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #FamilyAndFriends #WorkFamily #EnerSys

TGIF, everyone! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, gratitude is something we are hearing a lot about. John F. Kennedy once said, "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." In a season filled with “thank you” messages, it’s a great reminder that our actions can mean so much more than words. Showing gratitude through kindness, helping others, or simply being present can have a lasting impact, especially in times when many people need a bit of extra support. As we head into the weekend, consider: How can you show your appreciation in ways that go beyond words? Sometimes, a small gesture of kindness or an act of service can mean the world to someone else. Let’s turn our gratitude into actions that uplift others and spread a bit of warmth this season. #communityaction #foodforthought #helpingpeoplechanginglives

As we reflect on gratitude and the things we value most during Thanksgiving, imagine you had to choose between two very different lives. Which would you pick, and why? 1. A life of abundance and independence: You are young, attractive, charismatic, wealthy, and famous, but you’re not married and don’t have kids. You live an open and exciting lifestyle with endless opportunities. 2. A life of love and family: You are young, caring, loyal, and earn a modest but steady income. You are married with beautiful kids, live a private life with no social media, and your focus is on deep, meaningful connections. Thanksgiving reminds us to appreciate what we have—so what would you feel most grateful for in each life? Which life aligns more with your vision of happiness and fulfillment? #HappyThanksgiving
