I offer coaches and trainers tools that provide practical insights and foster in-depth conversations about communication, leadership, and team dynamics. This includes concrete tips and exercises for immediate development

As a leader, are you coaching your teammates effectively? 🫵 It’s a powerful question—when I ask it often during my sessions with leaders and managers, it makes them stop and think.  Truthfully, many leaders consider themselves to be great coaches, but studies reveal others often feel differently—many leaders rated their coaching skills much higher than their coachees. What mistakes are they making? A few include: 😒 Not finding out what motivates their coachees 🫴Being less supportive than they think they are ⛰️Forgetting to encourage others when they struggle with a setback Coaching isn’t about giving instructions or solutions; it’s about inspiring growth, asking the right questions, and empowering others to find their own way.  ✨ Think about it:  → Do you help your team uncover their drivers and strengths?   → Do your questions challenge and inspire, or do you lean on providing answers?   → How do you create an environment where people feel supported *and* stretched?  My latest newsletter introduces five ways to coach others more effectively, why it matters, and self-reflection questions to boost your impact.  👇 Which of these coaching skills do you already possess? Which would you like to work on? ⬇️ Click the link in the comments and share your answers! ⬇️ #sphereofinfluence360 #soi360 #coach #coaching #teamdevelopment #teamcoaching #teamtraining #bettertogether #collaboration #communication #professionaldevelopment
