Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp)’s Post

#TalentCorp recently formalised its collaboration with Innovative University College (IUC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) recently at TalentCorp HQ. This partnership strengthens our shared commitment to developing future-ready talent and fostering academia-industry synergies. This MoU highlights IUC's plan to utilise TalentCorp’s MyNext initiative to enhance their students' soft skills and expand internship opportunities. Through initiatives like MySIP and LiKES, TalentCorp will connect IUC students with industry partners, providing hands-on experiences and valuable career exposure. Professor Emeritus Dato’ Seri Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Bin Ishak, Vice-Chancellor of IUC, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership, highlighting the importance of student development and collaboration in talent solutions. As Chairman of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Malaysian Chapter, he also extended an invitation to TalentCorp to collaborate on talent development initiatives at the national level. Under the MyNext initiatives, TalentCorp will support IUC by providing tailored talent solutions, helping formulate intervention plans and future development pathways for their students. This MoU marks a strategic step towards aligning academia and industry efforts to empower students and drive national workforce readiness. Together, we aim to create impactful opportunities for students, equipping them with the skills and experience needed to excel in the workforce. #TalentCorp #InnovativeUniversityCollege #MyNextPlatform #MySIP #StudentDevelopment #AcademiaIndustryCollaboration #FutureTalent
