Welcome to another episode of Tuesdays with Travis. Today is the first in our four part series on employee engagement, and it all starts with effective leadership communication. It's really critical that any leader, any manager, communicates to employees what they need, what they want, and what they expect. Because if they don't, they're basically leaving the employee to try to guess this stuff on their own. And that creates its own level of tension and almost feels like a dishonest way for an employee to be engaged. And what they're doing or what they're expected to do. So the first step is for leaders to have some really clear expectations on the things they need and want. That'll help. And we'll see you next week for the second part in our series on employee engagement on Tuesdays with Travis.
