In the fast-paced world of IT solutions, networking isn’t just an option—it’s a necessity. 🤝 The most successful sales I’ve made weren’t just about pitching a product or a service. They were about listening to client pain points and finding the right solutions together. It’s all about being a trusted partner, not just a vendor. 🔗 The connections you build today could be your clients, partners, or advocates tomorrow. So, how are you investing in your network? Building a robust network isn't just about making connections—it's about creating a system that continuously cultivates those connections. Here's a strategy to consider if you're aiming to close big-ticket deals, from $10,000 to $200,000… ↳ Develop a Systematic Approach: Set up processes to regularly add new contacts to your network. ↳ Be Proactive in Engagement: Consistently reach out for referrals and introductions. Make it a routine part of your networking strategy. ↳ Maintain the Momentum: Don’t just build connections; keep them active. Regular interaction ensures your network is not just large, but also strong and responsive. Make daily network growth a KPI that you measure and track every single day across your team. High-value deals don’t happen overnight. They require a well-maintained network and a strategic approach to leveraging that network effectively. #GoToNetwork #BusinessDevelopment #SalesTips #b2bSales #GrowthHacking

I had a hard time keeping up with people. After my first 10 conferences, I began to lose track. I was worried important relationships were slipping through the cracks. For months, I kept asking myself: - How do people keep up with thousands of connections? - How do you make sure relationships don’t fade away? Andrew Yeung does it so well. I’ve looked up to him ever since we met at his Lumos House event in Austin. His ability to connect people and keep everyone in the loop is unbelievable. Here’s how he stays on top of his relationships: 4 pages on Notion: 1. Master CRM: A list of everyone he’s met, with meeting notes linked to their names 2. Aspirational CRM: Each month, he picks 5-10 people he’s inspired by and takes action to build a relationship with them 3. Vendor List: A list of trusted service providers (referrals can also bring in extra revenue) 4. Expert List: A database of experts to call on when needed He spends just 30 minutes a week updating these lists. Simple and efficient. One key tip: Before making any introductions, he always asks both people if they’re open to connecting. It makes the connection far more meaningful. These systems are helping me stay organized, and I hope they help you too. What do you use to keep track of relationships? #Founder #RelationshipBuilding #CRM #Notion #Superconnector #Networking
