Of course with it being revealed today that HS2 🚄 is going to suck up £80 billion of taxpayers funds before the link which is …. Wait for it …. 124 miles long is completed really that should be “ Loose Change Strategy “ perhaps. . ( It must be longer than 124 miles surely that’s about £600 million per mile ; £400,000 per yard - the average house price in UK is only £298,000… so each 3 yards of HS2 track will cost the equivalent of 4 average houses…. that can’t be right is it???). Anyway you can only deal with the cards you are given from a business point of view - especially social entrepreneurs. I thought I’d call it “ Business Mindsets 2025 : From kitchen table top to top of the tree 🌲 “ especially for those working from home “ independents” whom if the rich and famous leave UK because of its tax regime are going to have ample opportunities to take their places and become those future much needed TPTi ( Tech Property Transport infrastructure) Wealth Creators Should be fun.

It’s been a few weeks since the Spliethoff Pottersgracht last called at Hamburg, but the gloomy PORTview remains unchanged! 🌧️ ➡️ This impressive multipurpose vessel, part of the "P14-Type" series operated by Amsterdam-based shipping company Spliethoff, showcases remarkable versatility and capacity. Alongside its seven sister ships, the Pottersgracht is equipped with three powerful deck cranes capable of lifting a combined load of up to 1,400 tonnes—perfectly suited for tackling even the most demanding cargo operations. ☕ During its recent visit, the Pottersgracht was handled at the C. Steinweg (Süd-West Terminal) Hamburg, where large quantities of coffee were transshipped. A prime example of the vessel’s and the terminal's key role in facilitating international trade!
