So often our relationship with nature helps us make sense of our relationships with people. And we needn't go "into nature" intent on sitting and meditating and communing, though when we have the time, that is surely a wonderful thing. More simply, try being aware of your surroundings whenever and where ever you are outdoors, maybe sitting on your patio, or in your friend's backyard, or walking the dog, or raking the leaves.
