As a market leader with decades of experience, WITT offers relevant components for hydrogen applications and production: Gas mixers, gas analysers, pressure regulators and fittings. WITT products are field-proven and set the standards in terms of safety and performance and make your hydrogen process safe and efficient. Mixtures of hydrogen and other gases are already used in various industrial processes, and further hydrogen applications are constantly being added. Hydrogen is increasingly used as a raw material, process gas or energy carrier, but the gas is highly flammable and reactive as well as explosive when mixed with oxygen. The demands on the necessary equipment and gas safety technology are correspondingly high. Special materials are used for hydrogen applications, such as suitable stainless steels for the housings or elastomers made of EPDM or FFKM for the seals. With a declaration of conformity, we assure you of the suitability for hydrogen. #H2ready

Reduce Steam Losses by Up to 95% with OXYSTEAM and OXYTRANS TR from Centec LLC In steam boilers, dissolved oxygen can lead to dangerous corrosion, making thermal degassing essential. However, this process often results in steam loss, up to 0.5% of the boiler's steam output. With OXYSTEAM and OXYTRANS TR, you can precisely measure the degassed O2 content and optimise the venting valve control, potentially reducing steam losses by up to 95%! For example, a boiler with a 10 t/h capacity can potentially save 250 tonnes of steam per year, translating to a possible saving of up to R 200 000.00 and a return on investment in less than 1 Year! Features: 1. Optical technology (no electrolyte or membrane changes) 2. Short response time and excellent long-term stability 3. Perfect for high-temperature applications Ready to save costs and improve efficiency? Contact our INSTEK CONTROL (Pty) Ltd Sales Team today for more information. Ever wondered why valves are so crucial in industrial gas processing? With gases like hydrogen, helium, and oxygen in high demand, the reliability and longevity of equipment have never been more important. A single valve failure can lead to costly issues and extreme downstream losses. It has been one of #Valmet’s core values and solutions to provide products and valve assemblies that extend the maintenance intervals and overall life of these units. Ammonia has the potential to play a key role in hydrogen technologies. Ammonia from green hydrogen is an energy carrier with high economic potential. It is more energy-efficient to transport than hydrogen, can be used to transport larger amounts of energy over long distances in less space and there is already a globally established transportation infrastructure that is safe and efficient. With our CONTHOS 3 TCD process gas analyzer we can continuously measure hydrogen in ammonia with a nitrogen background. This makes it perfect to monitor and control processes involving these three gases. With sample wetted parts of only stainless steel, ceramic and glass (no epoxy, no O-rings) our CONTHOS’ TCD is resistant to the corrosive effects of ammonia. To measure hydrogen with a TCD, a stable background gas is generally needed. The uniquely wide temperature range of our CONTHOS 3 TCD allows us to make use of the thermal “Sweet-Spot” where ammonia and nitrogen have very similar specific thermal conductivities. Using this “Sweet-Spot”, the cross interference between ammonia and nitrogen is strongly suppressed thus resulting in an accurate hydrogen analysis.
