So concentrated, so what? So, better lah! Apparently Malaysian consumers don't really care if a product is concentrated or not. All they want is convenience and easy to use. This was told to me by a fellow sustainable product owner. We just launched, OMG! So, why, ecoMINIM, you guys sell concentrated version ah? They asked ..err.. We researched for more than eight years and created our products concentrated because we learnt that it is one of the main ways to be sustainable. 1) Concentrated meant, that you need to use less for more wash because you can dilute 5X. 2) It also meant smaller packing, which allows for less carbon footprint during delivery. So, with that mandate in mind, we set forth to convince people that we are doing our best for the environment by being concentrated. Our products have been tested to give the same good efficacy after it has been diluted. For instance, we were told, the natural habit of using non plant-based dishwash liquid, just "pump terus" (straight away) and wash, easy and product price lower but, but, usually, need a lot of pumps to get similar results to wash off grease on dishes for instance. Alamak, if "pump terus" like that for ecoMiNIM Concentrated dishwash, habis liao, sure finish fast fast, sure they complain we are expensive. But, if they care to dilute and use, actually they will find that they can get a lot of wash, we counted 500ml can wash 2000 pieces. And further more savings, there is no need to go spa, because using our dishwash, so gentle for hands and sensitive skin already like going to handspa! So, are you the "pump terus type" or the "pump out and dilute type" ? By the way, am I succeeding at imitating Choo Ann NGOH's veli veli cool way of writing, if u are not a fan yet...check him out! I like to dilute it myself but sometimes if it’s very oily then I like it more concentrated So I guess concentrated packaging is better Or I’ve already used to the concentrated ones Choo Ann NGOH by the way, I really sees you everywhere here

I keep an old pump bottle and dilute the concentrate in there. Then, pump terus to satisfy the restbof the family.
Exactly like our skincare too Tan Yet Mee concentrated means use a little will do. So the price may seem more expensive but if really calculate, can save more 🤭
I have to admit I was from the 'pump terus' side but now that I consider the environmental impact, have been converted to the 'pump and diute' camp Tan Yet Mee
