It's Sunday, so that means weekly review day for me. I've added a couple of new elements to my weekly review template in Tana (see screenshot). The new elements are: • Stories • Experiment Log After reading Matthew Dicks's book, Storyworthy, I am trying out "Homework for Life" (I am late to the party with this). My HfL is to capture a one sentence "seed" of a story every day. I add the sentence to my day page and tag it "story" then review a week's worth in my weekly review. I highly recommend the book. I am also carrying out a monthly tiny experiment, inspired by the wonderful Anne-Laure Le Cunff. This month, I am going to try to walk 10K steps a day to see if it has an effect on my (currently very low) energy levels. As part of my daily shut-down routine, I check my steps and make a note in Tana, tagged "experiment". Again, I will review every weekend. Here's my Tana template—feel free to ask me anything about it, if you are curious👇 Happy Sunday.

Your review structure sounds solid. Capturing stories daily must be intriguing. How's the walking experiment treating you so far?

I love your Tana template, Martine - simple and thorough at the same time. Excited to see how your experiment goes!
