With team coming from many different countries, we get to celebrate various international festivals. Last Friday, we marked Lunar New Year. Team member Indy Ngok Lam Yip told us all about traditions associated with Lunar new year, helped us decorate and chose our authentic Chinese food. Fortune cookies, Chinese sweets, Pork Intestine and Jellyfish were among the fare.
