It's never too late... I was conversing with an individual who is tired of their work situation. This individual falls in the age group of middle 50s. As the conversation progressed, the person stated that they were too old to start over with another job opportunity, so they were going to stick with the job they are in now. I cringed at that statement. My immediate thought was that it's never too late.
