99% of founders conflate problem-solution fit with product-market fit. Product-market fit: Can you repeatedly find customers in your ICP and sell them on your offer? 👉 You can test PMF before building your product. You need an offer and a channel to target prospects on. Problem-solution fit: Can your product solve the problem for your customer? 👉 You can test PSF with a "Minimum Manual Product" until you build your actual tech. Test before building your tech!
