November is National Bladder Awareness Month! Did you know 1 in 6 Americans suffer from overactive bladder (OAB). According to the National Association for Continence (NAFC), this condition affects 33 million adults in the U.S. How can we do our part? 💡 1). Observe Bladder Awareness Month by going for a check-up. If your body is telling you something, do not ignore the signs. 2). Drink lots of water! It is easy to forget how important water can be to regulate your pH levels. 3). Spread awareness. You never know whose life you might impact by your advocacy.
