We are seeking an experienced #System_Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and proposing improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in system analysis Responsibilities: 1-Gather and analyze business requirements 2-Evaluate and propose system improvements 3-Create system requirements documentation 4-Collaborate with development teams 5-Conduct system and process analysis 6-Support system testing and validation 7-Participate in Scrum planning and Agile processes 8-Continuous improvement and process enhancement 9-Provide user support and training Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. -Proven experience as a System Analyst, with +7 years of relevant experience. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements. -Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques. -Knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools. -Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Familiarity with Scrum planning, backlog management, and sprint execution. -Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to apply them in a collaborative team environment. -Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
