I had the pleasure of having Rely Health’s Dream Team join me onsite in CHI Mercy Health’s Emergency Department this week. Thank you Prithvi, L'Sidni, and Alex. Your diligence implementing enhancements to the AI Tool is invaluable! It will increase the number of post-ED patients we reach to provide exemplary navigation services to follow-up care and resources. I look forward to this process because it allows me more time for in-person patient engagement to ensure their post ED journey to improved health is met. I’m excited to exceed Umpqua Health’s metrics as well as my goals! 🌹

1moA recent team bonding event at a college football game! Great way to get to know co-workers on a personal level. Informal time together with no work talk presents opportunity to understand others' perspectives and motivators, how their upbringing and culture contribute to their work style, and where there are areas of opportunity to learn from each other. I feel that it makes teamwork and collaboration much easier when we take the time to get to know one another on an informal, deeper level.
