You'll focus on Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody, collaborating with both clients and internal teams. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction by providing insights, automated solutions, and assisting with onboarding, conversions, and reporting. 🙌 🔍 POSITION SCOPE 🔍 You'll be managing day-to-day client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them promptly. 🧑💼💬 Keeping clients updated on inquiry status and teaching them how to use Infuse for quick solutions is key. Sharing insights from client interactions with your peers will help address recurring issues and improve services across the board. You'll be the first point of contact for your clients, ensuring smooth escalations and communication with the appropriate teams. 🤝 💼 JOB DUTIES 💼 Client Service: ✅ Respond proactively to client inquiries and escalate to Senior CSR if needed. ✅ Research and escalate internal issues impacting client service. ✅ Collaborate with internal departments for client request resolution. ✅ Analyze inquiry trends and identify training needs. ✅ Meet regularly with clients and peers to review and escalate concerns. ✅ Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and coordinate with your manager. They'll be handling Accounts Payable - entering new transactions (expenses, bills from vendors) and attaching documentation in QBO, update vendor information as needed (change of address, account numbers, etc), running AP reports, keeping me abreast of upcoming items to avoid late fees, past dues, staying on top of recurring expenses to make sure all documentation has been received and entered), main point of contact for all vendors.Lower level Accounts Receivable - preparing client invoices, monthly reviewing/reconciling customer accounts to make sure all payments are received and that all months/costs have been properly billed, following up with client on late payments, preparing customer correspondence as directed.
