Accor your system needs to be changed I have a bachelor degree of accounting and hr diploma worked for 16 years as hr manager 4 years of them in a 5 star local brand in dubai I do understand that I maybe not qualified enough for your group for hr position of a manager or even assistant manager in hr department. But what I really don't understand why your system suggested to me in a formal email to apply for director of engineering position. How the system can compare my information that I just said above to the job description and spacification of a director of engineering and if that's the suggestion of the smart system can you imagine what kind of candidates it may choose
