We had feedback from our research trial partner yesterday to say the tomatoes are growing just as well in our Fleecegrow product as the rockwool substrate next to it. To be honest, we didn't expect it to go this well. We thought that like any substrate, wool would have a specific formula and frequency of fertigation that made it work best. This initial trial with our prototype was just to see if the plants grew, if the product got waterlogged or drained too much and it was plunked in the middle of a sea of rockwool, and yet it has thrived. Originally when we launched the Aerobotics platform, it was primarily designed to serve as intelligent tools for growers. Now we have expanded further into the value chain. Subsequent discussions with marketers revealed a need to improve communication between the production and sales teams in the fresh fruit industry. Summer heat, blocked silos? Our recent example with a wheat silo in #agriculture! 👇 The rising temperatures in summer, along with humidity, often cause materials in silos to clump together, making it challenging to extract for example animal feed. Recently, a customer from the #Netherlands faced this problem, what put his animal feed supply at risk. 🐄 🌾 There are various options available on the market to solve blockages, but what if the material is completely blocked and you cannot wait weeks to get it back in operation? ✅ At BUCHEN-ICS we specialize in applying the #Cardox® system to clear blockages, such as in this food silo, without the need for personnel entry, very fast and safe for the team.
