You will learn what a normal 12-lead ECG is supposed to look like, the importance of interpreting a 12-lead ECG in a clinical context, how to apply the rule of proportionality, decision rules to help identify STEMIs in each infarct location, the rule of appropriate T-wave discordance for right and left bundle branch block, and how to identify the most important STEMI equivalents and STEMI mimics.

6moTom, years ago your blog was how I learned how to look at ECGs. As a young paramedic it was invaluable to me. My peers send me ECGs to review with them, and my proficiency I could easily credit you for that. I'm glad you're teaching this master class.
