My TV stopped working the day after the warranty expired, so I raised a complaint. A technician came, did nothing, and said the power board needed repair. He mentioned that another technician would come the next day, but it’s now been almost five days, and no one has shown up. They’re not even responding to my emails. This is terrible service by TCL.
