Sharing the Project SigLakas: Digital Impact Story of my Ateneo Development Studies Students for SY 2023-2024. Project SigLakas, a solidarity service-learning project initiated by Team Sandigan ng Silangan, represents a concerted effort with the Samahan ng mga Magulang sa Bagong Silangan (SMBS) in Quezon City, operating under the auspices of the Educational Research and Development Assistance (ERDA) Foundation, Inc. The project’s title, derived from the Filipino words for vigor ("Sigla") and strength ("Lakas"), aptly captures its essence—strengthening the local community’s health literacy and capacity for self-advocacy in health-related matters. Over the past four years of IPSS events, it has been a tradition to have an artist from Drawing Change visually represent key takeaways from the panels at our conferences. This particular graphic highlights the key takeaways from the panel Redefining Collaborative Development in Treaty 8 Territory, sponsored by Ovintiv.
