We’re proud to share a successful project completed on a #FlareLine in Scotland where TEAM, Inc. UK used a 48” cutter along with an #Inflatable #Linestop. Here's a glimpse into the scope of this complex job: • Supplied a 48” x 48” #HotTapTee featuring a 48” Series B flange (rarely used compared to Series A). • Conducted a #3Dscan of the pipe as requested by the customer to support the tee's design. • Executed a 48” hot tap onto a 48” carbon steel pipe with a 0.5” wall thickness, containing #Hydrocarbon gas. • Inserted an #InflatableLinestop, an additional scope added during the #HotTap process. • The inflatable #linestop was effectively in place for approximately 5 weeks. In this recent experimental Horizontal Board Cedar fence installation by MyFence, during the estimating visit we took the marginal time to use the Fence Genius software to layout the fence post locations and a ZipLevel (Could use a Moasure or Laser Level) to bring in the elevations of each of those post hole locations. Once complete with the post layout and the relative elevation changes, we left the jobsite to submit the bid with the precise terrain and run lengths captured. We won the job due to the incredible Consumer Clarity and Confidence the Fence Genius Technology brings and then without the need to return we PreFabricated the entire system only to return as an Installation Crew for a Single Visit, Daisy Chain Fence Installation in the most efficient manner possible. This video demonstrates the speed and quality of installation of our geosynthetic interlayers, applied over a spray rate of 1.1lt/sqm of 160/220 pen grade straight run bitumen. The original road was suffering from significant failure (see comments), so the LA client elected to carry out a deep AC recon., incorporating our Glasstex P100/200 to reinforce the asphalt. After an initial AC Base levelling layer, we installed our Tensar, a division of CMC Glasstex interlayer, which was subsequently covered with BIN and SURF courses. When you see the size of the cracks and shift (shear) in the full AC depth, the LA was wise to go deeper. If you have had one of my training sessions, you'll see that reinforced interlayers are not designed to span voids, and one of the most destructive forces is a vertical shear failure. We have the knowledge to supply the most efficient service, reducing carbon footprint and optimising costs. Easyflex purlin clamp is used to secure objects, such as electrical conduit, piping, or other structural elements, to the purlins of a building. Purlins are horizontal beams that support the roof structure, and purlin clamps provide a means to attach various components to these beams without drilling or welding. The Helical (screw) pile is rotated into the ground by means of an auger, hydraulically powered by an excavator. The pile depth is achieved by mechanically connecting additional shaft sections prior to installation. The diameter of the Helical plates is governed by the pre-determined loading and soil conditions. The technology of the GTL helical pile foundation is not so much in the manufacturing of the product but rather in the specific engineering design, with the foundation being designed as a solution to a particular requirement or condition. Throughout the installation process GTL monitor the installation torque and pile alignment. Installation can be undertaken anywhere that you can accommodate an excavator or hydraulic equipment i.e. crane, forklift etc Installation over water can be performed from a barge, floating pontoon and an engineered platform, as designed for Brighton Pier.
