Day 2: Time for #CX tip #2 A brand needs to deliver on the brand promise, consistently. That's a 3 point agenda:- 1. Be very clear & specific on what is your brand promise? In a world where point of parity matters for an industry, your point of differentiation is very critical to stand out from the crowd. So focus on being clear on your promise. 2. Step 1 done? Check. Now focus on how comprehensively, in an easy to understand language can you communicate your brand promise to your customers. Remember no jargons & stand by what you offer. 3. Customers understand & accept a one of incidence when you can't deliver on your brand promise- but the key word is on a one off miss. For instance in your digital offering, a one off downtime or digital outrage might be overlooked, but a more frequent one- isn't about delivering on brand promise! So to win trust of your customers, deliver consistently on your brand promise. Thats what you are good at, thats your brand's purpose to exist.
