National Apprenticeship Week celebrates apprenticeship's crucial role in developing a skilled workforce and bridging the gap between education and employment. This week also highlights innovative models, such as apprenticeship degrees, which intentionally connect college-level knowledge with hands-on learning experiences in the workplace. These programs empower individuals and address significant labor needs. It is an opportunity to honor the partnerships between employers, educators, and apprentices that drive economic growth and create pathways to rewarding, debt-free careers. Let’s take this time to recognize and promote the transformative impact of apprenticeships on individuals, industries, and society.
