The answer might be hiding in the answer to the question 'How much is invested in deeptech in Munich every year compared to investments in real estate?'.

Munich’s emergence as a European deeptech hub is a testament to the robust research and entrepreneurial ecosystem fostered by TU Munich and UnternehmerTUM as a globally leading incubator. The city’s strengths in AI, aerospace, and robotics continue to attract top talent and funding, driving impactful advancements in technology. Notably, with this Munich is also playing a critical role in driving innovation for climate solutions, contributing significantly to sustainable development. #DeepTech #Startups #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #ClimateSolutions

Nice, but this is about Munich. The author seems a bit confused - a country cannot be a capital; a city can. And my own answer to the question she asks is "YES! Certainly." I might be a bit biased because I did may PhD there (TUM) long time ago (2006) ... but only a bit :) Then the more complete answer is that Europe is such that it cannot have only one deeptech capital but many - and this is very good. PS. The image shown there is not a "skyline" of Munich, because its too close (it needs to be from near the city, to have the entire profile of the city in one image). It's just an image of the city looking down and west-northwest-ward from above Marienplatz, with the New Town Hall to the right and Frauenkirche (with its twin spires) in front.

Das Risiko Kapital Angebot in Deutschland ist sehr begrenzt. Aufklaerung und Motivation ist auch von Seiten der Universitaeten notwendig 👍 🙂
