This time, our topic is smart watch bands/straps. As you know, some discussions continue in the process of classifying smart watches (8517 / 9102). Since they have many features, some problems arise in the application of the comment rules. Those discussions aside, I want to talk about bands/straps. Chapter 91 is a section reserved specifically for watches. All issues related to watches are covered in this section. However, it is for watches that fall within the 91st chapter.  Should the straps of watches classified in 8517.79 be considered as components and parts of the relevant chapter, or should they be included in 9113 because of the expression "bands of all watches" as in 9113?  The European Union added a new statement to explonatry note(9113/8517.79) on this subject.Did you know? https://lnkd.in/gm8kNptC
