🚀 Failure Doesn’t Define You, Your Resilience Does! I’ve failed more times than I can count. There were moments when I questioned myself, doubted my abilities, and wondered if success was even in the cards for me. But guess what? I kept going. 💪 Here are some of my personal failures: ❌ I failed to get into IIT/NIT ❌ I failed to secure a CS branch in the colleges I applied for ❌ I failed to get placed at TCS and other companies during my Engineering ❌ I failed to clear even the sectional percentile of VA/RC in my first CAT attempt ❌ I failed to get even an interview call from the companies I applied for while doing a job after engineering ❌ I failed to get into the old IIMs during my second attempt to CAT But here’s the thing: Failure doesn’t define me. My resilience, my persistence, and my ability to keep going is what defines me. 💡 Instead of giving up, I kept pushing, working harder, and finding different paths to my dreams. While doing my Engineering, I explored new interests, learning things outside my syllabus, like Web Development & Data Science. I even gave a shot to different career paths, and ended up clearing the AFCAT (Indian Air Force) test. From there, things started to change. I discovered my passion for a Techno-Managerial role, and that led to some exciting milestones: ✅ I cleared SNAP with 98.9%ile ✅ I got admission into one of the top B-Schools in India, SCMHRD Pune ✅ I was among the few students to get selected for Godrej Loud from SCMHRD ✅ My team was among the top 50 teams to get selected for National Semi-Finals in Dabur Verve among 2200+ participants ✅ I got placed in the role I wanted during our campus placements If you’re reading this and facing setbacks right now, remember: Every setback is a setup for a greater comeback. Celebrations and Events: Independence Day, fresher's party, and cultural nights must have been memorable and exciting. 4). Friendships: Meeting like-minded peers across the country likely fostered lifelong connections. 5). Faculty Interaction: Close interactions with faculty might have provided mentorship and guidance. 6). Alumni sessions could have inspired and motivated you to achieve more significant goals. 7). Time Management: Balancing academic, extracurricular, and personal commitments might have been demanding but rewarding.

From overcoming initial coding challenges to securing the highest domestic package in India, Rohit’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience and determination. Absolutely thrilled to share a significant milestone in my journey! 🌟 After facing two rejections in previous Immersions and letting the fear of failure hold me back, I almost didn't apply for the third one. However, a conversation with Shriram R Sir changed everything. Feeling low and seeking guidance, I approached him to discuss my challenges in the placement journey. His suggestions and encouragement reignited a spark in me. He urged me to clear Immersion, emphasizing that giving up wasn't an option. With renewed determination, I decided to give my best shot at the next Immersion exam, which was announced just a day after our conversation. With only three days to prepare, I focused on practicing and revising previously completed DSA questions instead of learning anything new. On exam day, I faced a rollercoaster of emotions. After the first round, I scored 90 and anxiously waited for the results, feeling the weight of competition around me. To my relief, I cleared the first round. The second round brought tougher questions, but I secured 85 marks and advanced to the third round despite doubts. The third round was a real challenge, with only 50 minutes to solve three questions. I managed to solve one and built logic for another but couldn't implement it fully. After a nail-biting wait, I received the result the next morning – I was selected for the final round! Standing among the top 200 coders at VIT Bhopal, I couldn't believe my eyes. This achievement has boosted my confidence immensely. The Immersion program has already provided invaluable experiences like resume reviews and mock interviews, helping me grow further. A big thank you to Shriram R Sir and his team for their unwavering support and belief in me. His words, "Work hard, success will be yours," resonate deeply with me now. I know there's still a long way to go, with another exam this Sunday, but I'm ready to give it my all and stay in Immersion.
