Here it is your Salesforce Saturday Roundup! Last week, we explored the future of user management in Salesforce, focusing on personas and permission set groups. We delved into detailed implementations for nonprofits, discussing why Salesforce is transitioning from profiles to permission sets. Big thank you to Matt Henry who showed us how he documents Permission Set Groups (PSGs) and gave us some real use-case tips. A key takeaway for me was learning about muting permissions within permission set groups. This allows for creating a permission set with full access and then muting specific permissions, like delete access, within a group. To catch the full recording, join the Salesforce Saturday LinkedIn group: https://lnkd.in/g5K8hD3 and check out the updated Vimeo showcase. P.S. Please note, there will be no Salesforce Saturday this week. However, the Zoom link will remain open for those who want to gather and do some Trailhead modules together. If interested, please comment in the Salesforce Saturday group or below.
