All of us are waiting for Christmas Holidays from 20th to 2nd of January. That means, we still have important things to do: - Register vacation form in HR system 🤗 - Block out your calendar with "OOO" until 2nd of January 🗓️ - Put "Out-of-Office" automatic reply - the sillier the better 🌴 - Decline and cancel all meetings that will happen during your vacation 🫣 - Choose Christmas-related Teams background 🎄 - Wear your "ugly" Christmas sweater at least once - Say "Merry Christmas" and "Happy New year" to colleagues that you won't meet until next year 🎅 - End all meetings with "We will resume this next year" 🆕 - Conveniently schedule important meetings for next year with excuse "It does not make sense to start it before holidays" 😶🌫️ - Finish buying presents online (we all do it, do not lie) 🎁 - Do some actual work 🫠 #christmaschecklist #humor #DanskeBankFCRP

It's #Holiday Time: Let's Make the Most of It! Taking time off is crucial for a #mental reset. Whether it’s just a few days or a couple of weeks, a #holiday allows us to step away from our daily routine, giving our minds and bodies a chance to #relax and #recharge. #Holidays also provide valuable time for #family. Rather than just a few hours each day, we can dedicate extended time to our #loved ones, strengthening #relationships and creating cherished memories together. Additionally, taking a #break enhances #safety. Our primary focus should always be safety, and a relaxed, rejuvenated #mind leads to improved safety practices. Returning from a #holiday, we bring renewed #energy and sharper #focus, ultimately benefiting our #wellbeing. However, it’s essential that during these #holiday periods, we show mutual #respect for each other's time off. While I value my time away, I expect my absence to be respected in return. Clear #communication and #consideration for one another will help maintain a smooth workflow for everyone.
