To create a big impact on children's lives. 💙 This is one of the reasons why I wrote 𝘕𝘰 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘓𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦. Because when you provide a space where kids can celebrate and transcend their differences, you can help them learn how to communicate honestly, deeply connect with those around them, and foster empathy, commitment, and accountability within the community. Do you want to raise kids who stand by their principles? Growing up, my parents instilled in me the importance of honesty, kindness, and hard work. These values have been my compass throughout life. Now, as a parent, I aim to pass these same values onto my children. We regularly have family discussions about what matters most to us and how we can live by our values every day. What core values do you want to pass on to your kids? Let’s discuss how we can nurture these values in our homes. What core values are most important in your family? Share your stories and let's help each other expand our vision!

Last August, I began a journey to address a critical need: guiding parents through the challenges of raising middle school tweens in a rapidly changing world. Inspired by my daughters and fueled by my experience in education and coaching, I've crafted a vision that merges timeless values with modern parenting. As a former school administrator and educator, I've witnessed firsthand the struggles parents face in adapting to the evolving landscape of education and parenting. I've come to understand that true learning begins at home, where respect, responsibility, and accountability are cultivated. Through coaching sessions and workshops, I've worked closely with parents and tweens aged 9-14, developing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Recognizing the importance of implementation support, I've created a membership platform where moms and tween daughters can rewrite their stories, fostering understanding, possibility, and accountability. My offerings include: *Personalized 1:1 Coaching *"Ditch The Drama: From Chaos To Confidence In Middle School" Parent-Tween Course *Interactive Mom-Tween Daughter Workshops *Membership Program with group coaching sessions and valuable resources tailored to moms and tween girls. I'm in the final stages of a collaboration with teachers in the US and Canada to create modern, timeless values-based lessons for both public and private schools. These lessons focus on teaching students the "how" in addition to the "what” of emotional management, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Now, I'm returning to speaking and teaching, partnering with schools, groups, and organizations to foster healthy relationships that start at home and ripple outward. What could your NEW school year look like if parents approached school differently? I focus on empowering families with emotional management skills, effective communication techniques, and conflict resolution strategies. It's time to move beyond ineffective anti-bullying policies and equip our children with the tools they need to thrive. Watch this snippet from an interactive Mom-Tween Daughter Workshop, where they discovered the similarities. Join me in reshaping the future of parenting and education. Let's start the journey together. https://lnkd.in/gMiwgfN3 #parentingresources #education #middleschools #relationshipsmatter

"I grew up without a father... My mother was my everything... Didn't I grow up?" Sometimes, girls who grow up without fathers and later become single mothers either by choice or by circumstances find it unnecessary to get father figures for their children because they have seen their mothers raise them in absence of their fathers. Don't deny your children an opportunity to have a father figure in their lives. Here are more tips (continuation from episode 1) to help you find a good father figure for your children; 4. Evaluate the character and integrity of the potential father figure. Look for honesty, moral integrity and a genuine care for your children's well-being. 5. Communicate clearly your expectations and the role you wish the potential father figure to play in order to establish a mutual understanding and commitment. 6. Trust your intuition. If something doesn't feel right, take it seriously. If you don't feel comfortable with a potential father figure or you feel your children are not safe with them, don't go ahead with them.
